How to Order

In Tobago:

OR feel free to go directly to our Etsy Store to make purchases and have your order shipped to you.

Please provide the following information in your email:
1.     Product name/s & customization options (where applicable)
2.     Your full name, contact information
3.     Preferred method of payment - bank deposit / pay-pal / in-store payment
4.     Method of delivery (pickup at the store or pay for delivery)

When your order is ready, it can be collected at the store or delivered to you (cost: TT$11 / US$2; deliveries to very remote areas will be shipped at a cost of $25). 

Feel free to visit the store during our hours of operation to make purchases. We are located at Signal Hill (you can receive directions when you contact us).
Opening Hours:
Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.



In Trinidad:

When you place your order we will send you an invoice requesting payment. Your payment must be made in full before your order is processed.  If you chose bank deposit, we will provide you with the Account No. After your payment is made, kindly provide information (such as receipt No. / date) so that your payment can be verified and your order will be processed.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery.

Items for Trinidad will be sent via TTPOST Track packs - which bear an additional cost of TT$25 and upwards depending on the size of your order. Shipping cost will be indicated in your invoice.


In the Caribbean (Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines): International orders have been suspended until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Return/Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your package so we can work to rectify it. Unopened merchandise can be returned within 10 days (for local clients) from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when purchased to qualify for refund.
